A licensed NC real estate and insurance broker since 2006, he has deep expertise in single-family, multi-family, and commercial real estate.

Mr. Saurav Neupane is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor in Finance and an MBA from UNCP. He brings a powerful combination of financial, tax, and operational expertise to the company.

Mr. Shrijan Neupane holds a Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Gaming from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC). He is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker with a strong passion for single-family, multi-family, and commercial real estate. In addition to brokerage, he actively manages a portfolio of 15+ single-family rental homes and specializes in rental investment opportunities for clients.
